Description: Your key role will be to connect with students and parents in the zone that you get hired and explain to them in person about one of the world’s most loved learning apps and how it will help the student learn not just for exams, but much beyond.

Location: Across India Working Days: 5 days’ work week

CTC:  Direct Sales BDA. Will have to physically visit households, counsel, sell appropriate BYJU’s product.  Post Training:  Rs. 10 Lakhs per annum (Rs. 7 Lakhs per annum as Fixed pay and Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum as Incentive Pay). During Training Program of 2 months:  Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum (Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum as fixed pay and Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum as Incentive Pay)

CTC:  Inside Sales BDA Selling the BYJU’s product over the phone by pursuing sales leads assigned.  Post Training:  Rs. 8 Lakhs per annum (Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum as Fixed pay and Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum as Incentive Pay). During Training Program of 2 months:  Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum (Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum as fixed pay and Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum as Incentive Pay)

Job Type: Full-time Work Remotely:  Temporarily due to COVID-19

What does a BYJU’s Business Development Associate do?

Make calls – He/she will get leads that have number, name, email ID, GPS location, address, activity on the application (which video has the user used, which test he has taken, subject, a chapter with a timestamp, etc.  The BDA will have to call and fix an appointment for counseling.

Counseling – He/ she will have to Interact with the student/child and understand the learning needs and problem areas. Suggest solutions that could be mapped to the product. Pitch the features and advantages of BYJU’s products, animation, videos, real-life examples, etc.  Counseling is not about selling; it is essentially about solving the child’s learning needs.

Product Demo – Explain the product and its feature in a very simple language.  Pitch the product as a solution to the learning needs and learning gaps.  The message that needs to be conveyed is that of a well-wisher or teacher from BYJU’s help the child overcome any learning gaps.

Making the Sale – Mention benefits, features, pricing, offers, and scholarships, and closing the sale.
